Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all ANAABU tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Submit Request

  Log in to your account or contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7 to 10 working days.
